I originally wrote Running, Searching for piano. Some pieces are ideal for orchestrating. Running, Searching is one of those pieces. Orchestrating it adds a whole new dimension of color and theatrical flair. For this orchestration I am featuring the xylophone and woodblocks. It adds that crystal crisp sound and color to the running 16th notes to convey that sense of fleeing, chasing, and searching.
